At CHI, most submissions require a portion to be submitted in the CHI Conference Publications Format. While this format is appreciated, it may not be suitable for your pattern or pattern language. Thus, it is up to you, to chose a publication style that matches the pattern best.

We encourage you, to use PLML as a guideline for your pattern preperation. You may also submit the full pattern in PLML. More information on available tools and style-sheets will be announced here soon (in the meantime, you can have a look at the tools page.

Depending on the way you create your patterns, you can submit them as a PLML, HTML, Word, or PDF document. Please make sure that you submit the needed stylesheets as well, if you decide to submit a PLML document.
